Anti-Spam Policy

GDMB Enterprises takes individual privacy very seriously. We follow a zero tolerance spam policy and prohibits users from sending unsolicited emails in any form while promoting our products, brands, services or website. We are also aware of the threats to your security and privacy on the Internet. Please take a few moments to review the steps that GDMB Enterprises takes to ensure your privacy and security while giving you the best possible customer service as you use our web sites.

Our Anti-Spam Policy applies to all of our products including but not limited to Google Sniper, Google Sniper 2, Traffic Ultimatum and Predator System.

1. Legal Requirements

GDMB Enterprises complies with following legal requirements established for commercial email service providers: CAN SPAM Act of 2003, the Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 8 June 2000, on legal aspects of information society services, in particular, electronic commerce in the Internal Market (‘Directive on Electronic Commerce’), along with the Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 July 2002, concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (‘Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications’) and laws in force of the User’s country of residence.

2.Definition of Spam

Spam, also known as junk mail, is an unsolicited commercial email messages, especially bulk email message. Unsolicited means that the recipient has not granted verifiable permission for the message to be sent. Bulk means that the message is sent as part of a larger collection of messages, all having substantively identical content. The term ‘spamming’ refers to transmitting, distributing or delivering any unwanted commercial e-mail correspondence, especially in mass quantities, thru the electronic means of communication.

3. Verification

We require that all e-mails promoting GDMB Enterprises or its products are sent only to recipients who have agreed to receive such messages. We recommend “confirmed opt-in” to all Senders. This efficiently prevents spam complaints and makes the list much more responsive, as subscribers are receiving information they expect. The confirmation email may be customized, so that recipients can easily recognize to which list they subscribe.
We prohibit any advertising of our brand, website and products using unsolicited email messages without verification measures. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination.

4. Content of Your Messages

We require that all e-mails promoting GDMB Enterprises brand, products, services etc. must provide true and accurate information in their email headers, i.e. “From” and “To” data must clearly identify the Sender. The subject line must not be deceptive, and thus mislead the subscriber about the purpose and content of the message.

The messages cannot contain any vulgar or illegal content.

5. Security, Confidentiality and Protection

If recipients have subscribed to the GDMB Enterprises mailing list , the name and e-mail address will be placed in a database. As with all other personal information, only employees of GDMB Enterprises have access to this data. We do not give GDMB Enterprises addresses to outside companies.
Any e-mail you send to GDMB Enterprises is completely confidential. We will not add your name to our e-mail list without your permission. For security reasons, if your inquiry is about one of your subscriptions, we may ask you to submit some additional information only to verify your identity. Remember, in this case we are only asking you to confirm information you have already given us.

Your email address is safe with us. We never sell or share your email addresses with other companies.

6. Postal Address

The Sender must provide their true and accurate postal address that will be included in each message footer. The Sender is required to maintain and promptly update this data to ensure it is current, complete and accurate.

7. Removal

Each message sent from a GDMB Enterprises contains an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed. The link automatically updates the mailing list to ensure that a subscriber that has opted out will not be sent any further mailings.

Once a recipient requests to be removed from the list, the Sender will not be permitted to send any future unsolicited emails.

8. Agreement Violations

We reserve the right to issue a warning should the Sender to be found spamming, or abusive or illegal practices. Appropriate actions, such as terminating partnership/affiliate relationship without notice or a refund and/or reporting the Customer and the incident to their ISP and proper authorities shall be taken should the Sender appear to perform or be performing such practices, despite the explicit warning. Without limiting the foregoing, the Sender shall be liable for any loss incurred or damage suffered by GDMB Enterprises or any third party should such loss result from noncompliance with this Anti-Spam Policy.
